What this overview is for

Use the related therapist guides below when you want practical workflow help for reviewing linked clients, shared cards, notes, and invites. Each guide is public Help Centre guidance and does not add role-gated access logic.

Shared workspace boundaries

  • Therapist access is limited to content clients have chosen to share through the linked shared client workspace.
  • Private cards stay private and should not appear in therapist shared-card views.
  • Archived shared cards do not appear in normal therapist shared-card workspaces while they remain archived.
  • Session prep appears to the therapist only when the client has shared it.
  • Therapist notes are private to the therapist by default unless explicitly made visible to the client.

Safety boundaries

  • Invites and client connections are for access setup and workspace management, not indicators of therapy progress or emergency status.
  • StephX does not automatically message therapists in emergencies.
  • StephX does not provide crisis monitoring or clinical alerts.
  • StephX does not perform therapy, diagnosis, EMDR treatment, trauma reprocessing, or bilateral stimulation.
