For therapists
Clients list
The clients list helps therapists find linked or invited clients and open client workspaces when the app connection is available.
Quick overview
Learn how the clients list, client links, and invite states work without assuming access to private client content or interpreting invite state as therapy progress.
What you’ll see
How the list helps
- Review clients linked to the signed-in therapist workspace.
- Open a client workspace when the connection allows it.
- Check whether an invite or connection appears pending, active, or needing follow-up according to the current app screen.
Understanding visible content
- A linked client does not give the therapist full access to private client content.
- Therapists only see what a client has chosen to share.
- If client content appears to be missing, it may simply be private, archived, unshared, or not yet created.
Connection status is not clinical meaning
- Invite status should not be interpreted as therapy progress or client engagement by itself.
- Use normal professional communication channels for clinical follow-up, scheduling, or urgent concerns.
- StephX does not monitor clients, provide crisis support, or automatically alert therapists.
