Can I delete my data?
StephX provides deletion pathways according to the approved Data Retention, Deletion and Export Policy. Clients should follow the support process described by StephX for deletion requests.
Can I export my data?
StephX should support export pathways so clients can keep a copy of their own content. Exports may contain sensitive information and should be stored carefully.
What happens if I stop using StephX?
If you stop using StephX, your account and content are handled according to the approved retention policy and applicable support processes.
What happens to shared content?
Clients control what they create and share inside StephX. If content was already shared with a therapist, the therapist may already have seen it and may have separate professional responsibilities outside StephX.
What happens to backups?
Backups may be handled on a different operational cycle from live app content. StephX handles backup retention and deletion according to the approved policy.
What happens to therapist records outside StephX?
Therapist records or notes kept outside StephX are governed by the therapist’s own professional, legal, and organisational obligations, not by the StephX app interface.
