Cards and Archive

Story cards

A story card is a flexible place to hold something you may want to remember, organise, or discuss later.

Quick overview

Story cards hold events, themes, questions, fragments, body sensations, life chapters, or meanings you may want to organise. They can stay private, be shared when ready, or be archived if you want them out of active views.

What you’ll see

Story card lists help clients review active cards without needing each one to be complete.
A story card can stay private, be updated, or be shared when the client chooses.

How this works

  • Add the amount of detail that feels appropriate.
  • Use fields as prompts, not requirements to force more detail.
  • Edit a card as your understanding changes.
  • Share only when you want the therapist to see it in their workspace.

What you stay in control of

  • A card can remain private.
  • A card can be shared with the therapist and later unshared.
  • A card can be moved to Archive to leave the active story space.
  • A card can stay broad, symbolic, partial, or unfinished.

Safety note

Story cards are for organisation and therapy preparation. They are not instructions to process traumatic material alone.
