Session prep and exports

Session prep

Session prep gives you a gentle way to gather what may be useful for an upcoming therapy conversation.

Quick overview

Session prep helps a client gather selected cards, notes, questions, and things they are not ready to discuss. It can stay private until explicitly shared, and AI summaries are editable suggestions that require review.

What you’ll see

Session prep gathers notes and selected cards for therapy conversations.
The session prep form can start with brief notes or questions.
Selected cards can be gathered into session prep when they are useful to discuss.

How this works

  • Select active story cards or healing cards that feel relevant.
  • Add notes for your therapist, questions, or topics you are not ready to discuss yet.
  • Create something broad or incomplete; it does not need to be perfect.
  • Archived cards should not appear as normal active selection options.

AI summary review

  • If an AI summary is available, treat it as an editable suggestion.
  • Review and edit the summary before saving or sharing it.
  • Do not treat AI summary wording as a clinical interpretation or decision.

Sharing and exports

  • Session prep remains private unless you explicitly share it.
  • Exports may contain sensitive information and should be stored or sent carefully.
  • You can prepare notes about pace, boundaries, or topics that should wait.
