Cards and Archive

Archive Vault

Archive is a reversible way to make a card less present in the active workspace.

Quick overview

Archive moves story and healing cards out of the active story space without erasing them. Archived cards are hidden from normal active views, and restoring a card returns it as private.

What you’ll see

Archived cards are moved out of active views and kept in the Archive Vault.

How this works

  • Archive is available for story cards and healing cards.
  • Archived cards appear in the Archive Vault rather than normal active card lists.
  • Archived cards are not shown as normal active options in session-prep selectors.
  • Archived shared cards no longer appear in the therapist’s normal shared-card workspace.
  • You can leave cards archived as long as you want.

Restoring a card

  • Restore returns the card to the active workspace.
  • A restored card returns as private, even if it had been shared before archiving.
  • You can choose later whether to share it again.

When Archive can help

Archive can be useful when a card feels too present in the active story map, but you do not want to erase it from your workspace. Moving a card to Archive is not a failure or avoidance; it is a pacing and organisation choice.
